The French bistro Licence IV will serve a special Grand Prix menu on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The menu will feature an “Alain Prost” seafood platter and a “Didier Pironi” cured meats platter at 125$ for two, which includes two flutes of champagne and an St-Honoré dessert. The restaurant will also be televising all the races.

Chef Guillaume Daly will prepare a “wildlife” menu to remain in the theme of F1 weekend. Grilled Wagyu Beef, AAA Beef T-Bone and a decadent seafood platter will be served at the underground supper club, located in the heart of the action. In addition, special out-of-town guest DJ’s will be playing from June 8th-11th, so you can enjoy your ‘wildlife’ menu in a fierce ambiance.

The new chef at EAT, Stefan Gadit, will prepare a tasting menu centered on “madness”. The menu will feature a palate cleanser, an amuse-bouche, a 30-day dry aged beef topped with foie gras, and an “Alinea” inspired nitro ball dessert. The dinner is expected to lasts roughly two hours, so be ready! A six-course menu ($100 per person) as well as a six-course vegetarian menu ($75 per person) will be featured.
